Our mission is to lower or eliminate your electric bills while promoting a healthier environment.
We analyze your electric bills and roof layout and make a recommendation of what system technology should work best for your specific conditions. We work with various inverter manufacturers to recommend either a string inverter, micro-inverter or a DC optimizer systems.
A power optimizers is a DC/DC converter which we connect to each solar module turning them into smart modules. The power optimizers increase energy output from PV systems by constantly tracking the maximum power point (MPPT) of each module individually. Furthermore, the power optimizers monitor the performance of each module and communicate performance data to the monitoring platform for enhanced, cost-effective module-level maintenance.
Micro Inverters are compact units that are attached directly to each solar module in the power system. Distributing the conversion process to each module makes the entire solar power system more productive, reliable, and smarter than traditional inverter systems. We typically recommend this system when the roof has various pitches with minimal space on each roof face.
Simply put, a string inverter is a device for converting DC to AC power and which is designed for high voltage DC inputs. Using a string inverter, the solar panels are connected in series with multiple strings connected in parallel to each other. We typically recommend this system when there are minimal shading issues and the client is not looking for module level monitoring. String inverters are the least expensive of the three different technologies listed here but do not do well when there are shading issues.
Integrating solar with battery storage is changing the way homeowners consume energy. By storing excess solar production on a battery, homeowners can take control of their energy consumption, maximizing their solar usage for greater electricity savings and energy independence. Batteries help power the home and purchase less or cheaper electricity from the grid. Reduce grid reliance, protect homeowners from rising electricity costs and grid outages through the installation of a critical load panel.
